Start by defining the status-quo of the problem.
#2 – Changes
Define what are the changes you expect to happen once your solution is implemented
#3 – Users
Define who are your users, use personas to explain
#4 – Solution
Introduce the solution/idea using minimal text, but in detail. Use story board, or blueprints for this.
#5 – Scenario
Explain the scenario in which the user interacts with the solution, story board can be used here as well.
#6 – Vision
Define what is the vision of your solution/brand
#7 – Road ahead
Explain what are the milestones client needs to achieve in order to implement the idea. Use road mapping for this.
#8 – We are here
Display the prototypes, and other artefacts to show the progress and status of your project
#9 – What next?
Explain the next steps that should take place
